Welcome Wayne

As some of you will know everything has been on hold due to the tragic loss earlier this year of the bands frontman and dearest friend Mark "Raggie" Slack. The band left a mesage on their Facebook Page as follows -

"Just a quick note, on behalf of the four of us, to say thank you for your continued interest in us and Blackmore's Legacy. Also, a huge welcome to all our new 'likers'. Many of you know the reason for our inactivity this year, and we really do appreciate your patience and your understanding. Things are happening in the background and if, as, and when, it becomes relevant to do so, we will let you know how we intend to honour and keep alive both of the legacies we now cherish. In the meantime, be good to yourselves and each other, and keep on Stargazing xx"

On the 17th October the band auditioned and offered the role to Wayne Dorman - a message from the band follows -

On behalf of the Blackmore Legacy, I am delighted to announce that we have found a new vocalist/frontman to continue the legacy left by our sadly missed brother in arms Raggie James. We take great pleasure in welcoming Wayne Dorman as our new frontman and we will be working together on our repertoire with a view to him making his debut at the Deep Purple Family Tree show at the Robin 2 on 29th January 2016. Thanking you all for your continued support.
